That seems to be the key factor for the company to enter into the power generation industry.
The LNG-fired electric power plant costs higher than the oil-fired one, however, if the power producer can sell heat that is created in the plant, the cost would be reduced to competitive level to existing 9 firms.
But, sadly, I heard there were few large-scale needs of heat enough for power plant production level.
So, I feel new entry is difficult except present power plants held by heavy industrial sectors.
