I visited Sanjo City in Niigata, the severe rain area.
I actually saw the water level of Ikarashi River was rising to dangerous level and many roads turned to the river.
Thanks to the complete judgement by CEO of the company who we met, after a hour driving to the destination, we changed the plan just in case and held a meeting at another place in the safety side of the city.
