We first visited the Air Show at Iruma Air Base.
 　
Surprisingly, 200,000 people seemed to come to the base today!
　
I felt that the F-2 fighter jet was the most overwhelming in all aircrafts I saw this time.
　
Of course, the Blue Impulse acrobatic flight was beautiful:)
　

I walked down the Kikuzaka to the place where I had lived nearly 30 years ago after a workshop held at Tokyo Univ..
 　
I already know that the dormitory for students from Okayama Pref. had moved away.
　
However, I wanted to know how the area has changed.
　
　 　
Couldn't find any store, restaurant, bar I used to go around there except a liquor shop, but had a nostalgic feel:)
　

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary.

Heartfelt thanks to her.

I got an 1.1-meter-long wild yam at a golf competition, as all participants could receive prizes.
　
We can't eat all of such a long Jinenjo, I'll share it with my wife's parents.
　
Higher ranking winners won great autumn taste prizes, such as Matsutake, fruits, and so.
　

I got a mail of 'iPod nano Replacement Program' from Apple.
　
It's applied only to the 1st generation's nano, sold between Sep. 2005 and Dec. 2006, which has a battery issue.
　
I've luckily kept my nano though I don't use it for years because of the small capacity.
　
So I may get the new one!
　
　

BTW, the development of Internet and ICT have enabled the world to provide accurate and quick information like this.
　

I imported "Dream Team 1992 Olympic games" into my iPhone.
 　
Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Sir Charles, Mail man, Ewing, Pippen, and other super stars...it's the real dream team of basketball!
　
DT in Barcelona led my wife to know many NBA players and we enjoyed watching games on TV during 90's.
　

I took Beaujolais Nouveau home as the release day though I have a cold.
　
It was more delicious than I imagined:D
　

I read The Tokyo Shimbun for a week free trial period.
　
Though I'm not left wing, its editorial policy is interesting, which makes me feel clearly that it's different from other papers.
　
The tone itself must be controversial among us, but, I feel, what is required for Japanese media titans is breaking away from some sort of Yokonarabi opinions. (Gentlemen in the media, please don't get angry:D)
　
　　

As to the paper, the numbers of ad leaflets in the paper are very low compared to Yomiuri and Nikkei that we've read for years, so my wife responded negatively to subscribing to it in place of Yomiuri^^;;
　

It's reported that Japan's Engel's coefficient is relatively high, which is generally low in the developed countries.
　
The figures in US and Germany are about one third of our country's.
　
The report pointed it's because of the protective policy for agriculture.
　
If food prices are going down, we can use money for other purpose, which would turn around the economy in the long run.

I visited Waseda Univ. to see Prof. Tran Van Tho, Chairman of Vietnam Asia-Pacific Economic Center.
　
The discussion helped us a lot to understand the issues we wanted to know about Vietnam.
　
After the meeting, I could see Mt. Fuji in the distance.
　

I attended a symposium on Chinese automobile industry, 'What does Hyundai strategy indicate?'
　
As I went to China and Korea to research auto industries and the feature of the company with five of eight lecturers this year, I felt the theme was very close to me.
　

My wife told my mother who lives in Tsuyama city in northern Okayama Pref. that my younger son has read comics of Japanese history in these days.
　
My mother was surprised to hear that and seriously said "Is it too early for him? Nobu read similar comics when studying for the entrance exam for college in his third year of high school!", of course, in Tsuyama-ben.
　

My wife burst into laughter with the funny story and explained that, actually, these were written for boys and girls, not for exam.
　
But, the comics really saved me:D
